Legal status of products:
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regards to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Extrema Ratio North America. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubts to the legality of any product you wish to purchase. Extrema Ratio North America will make absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the purchaser is of legal age. Extrema Ratio North America will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us, or any of our distributors and dealers. Also as no product is 100% effective against attack, Extrema Ratio North America assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to abide by ALL applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the purchase and use of the products sold on Extrema Ratio North America.

Use of and purchases from Extrema Ratio North America constitutes your agreement to hold Extrema Ratio North America and its members harmless of any liability for the manner in which items purchased on Extrema Ratio North America are used.

We will not sell products on Extrema Ratio North America to minors. By purchasing items on Extrema Ratio North America, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age or older and if required, will provide a legal document (such as a driver's license) which proves your age.

ANYONE attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way, WILL be turned over to the proper authorities as fast as possible and will be prosecuted.

Using the shopping cart
Shopping at Extrema Ratio North America is very simple and very secure.  Click the “add to cart” button and the item is automatically placed in your shopping basket.  You can choose to Sign In as a registered member of Extrema Ratio North America or continue shopping as a guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Fill them out, complete your order and you’re done! A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction and an email version of this summary will be promptly sent to the email address you provide. All credit card transactions and confidential information are verified and protected by Authorize.Net, one of the industry leaders in SSL encryption.

Phone in orders
Placing an order through our shopping cart is as secure as ordering by phone, but we realize that sometimes you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. Please call our customer service number at: 1-877-565-1200  Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm MST. If no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.

Delivery times
We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Items that we have in stock ship within 2 business days. Quality craftsmanship takes time, so please be patient as delivery times for these items will vary widely. You can find a reasonable estimate of the delivery time noted on every product page. If you need expedited shipping please contact us directly.

Backorders
Every so often customer demand exceeds our supply. If after placing an item in your shopping cart you see a backorder notice, more stock is expected in soon that we will look forward to shipping out to you. You can choose to continue with the order and pay for the item, in which case we will contact you by email to let you know the expected date of delivery. If you do not want to wait until the due date, you may cancel the order and your card will not be charged.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express.  Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is placed.

Sales tax
We charge 6.6% sales tax to orders shipped to Utah.

Return & Exchange Policies
In-stock items
If you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us by email or phone. Have your order number handy and please let us know the reason for the return or exchange. Please do not return items to our Cedar City address without prior authorization as some returns may have to be shipped back directly to our suppliers. Please note that items shipped back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition within 30 days for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
