Standard Shipping
All items that are in-stock ship within two business days and will arrive within seven to ten business days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.  Due to the custom nature of many of our items delivery lead times will vary.

Second day shipping
Two day express delivery is available only for items that we have in-stock. The cost is an additional $10 over standard shipping cost calculations for orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states. Orders must be received at Extrema Ratio North America by 8:00 am MST to be delivered within 48 hours. Second day express delivery may not be available for items drop shipped from our suppliers and artisans. Please contact us for more information.

International Shipping
Shipping fees on our web site reflect United States shipping costs only.  We will adjust shipping fees for  international orders as necessary.  Due to international shipping concerns and to avoid high costs associated with credit card fraud, we verify every non-US shipping address.

Order status & tracking
You may contact us via email for status on your delivery, if needed.

Delivery to Post Office boxes
Our deliveries are sent by UPS or freight carrier. Post Office box delivery is not available.

Delivery to APO and FPO addresses
Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post.
